Judging CV I started judging bullmastiffs on 7.1.1990 at Bridgend & DCS and now judge most Working and Pastoral Breeds as well as others. I have owned bullmastiffs since 1972 and became involved in the dog scene in 1985. I have bred in partnership 9 Champions and within the partnership campaigned 8 Bullmastiffs to their Championship. I first awarded CC's in Bullmastiffs in 1999 and have since judged the breed in the USA, Canada, Switzerland, France, Spain and Finland. I am also approved to judge the Working Group and award CC's in Alaskan Malamute, Bernese Mountain Dog, Boxer, Dobermann, Dogue De Bordeaux, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Leonberger, Mastiff, Newfoundland, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Siberian Husky, Tibetan Mastiff, Australian Shepherd, Border Collie, Briard, Finnish Lapphund, Lancashire Heeler, Pyrenean Mountain Dog, Samoyed, Miniature Schnauzer and Schnauzer. I judged Tibetan Mastiffs at Crufts in 2014, Leonberger in 2022, Dogue De Bordeaux in 2023 and Bullmastiff in 2024. I have judged Club Open Shows for many breeds in the Working, Pastoral and Utility Groups. I have also judged Best in Show and Working, Pastoral, Utility, Terrier and Hound Groups at Open Shows on many occasions. I aspire to judge all breeds in the Working, Pastoral and Utility Groups.

Other Info I served as the Secretary of the Southern Bullmastiff Society from 1998 to 2011 and Welfare Co-Ordinator since 1997 having served on the committee for many years previous. I have also served on the committee of Dunstable & District CS. I am currently the Treasurer of the Southern Dogue de Bordeaux Society, Vice Chairman of the Bullmastiff Association and an Honorary Vice President of the Neapolitan Mastiff Club.
