| Judging CV | I have been involved with dogs since my early childhood as my parents Bred and showed GSD. My first breed was Great Danes which I had from the late 70�s till early 90�s. I have also owned and bred Giant Schnauzer and made up Champions in both breeds. I have re-married and my wife had been involved in Newfoundlands since the late 70�s , I have had the privilege of owning, showing, working and breeding Newfies losing our last two oldies in 2011. Since 2003 we have been lucky enough to share our lives with our Havanese gaining much success with our home bred dogs, Top Havanese in the UK and current breed record holder and 1st UK Champion, Reserve in the Toy Group Crufts 2016 and G1 Bath and many group placing, Top Brood Bitch 2010 &2011, Top Puppy 2011, G1 at Leeds Championship Show and at UK Toy Championship show BPIS placings along with many BOB at Championship Shows. I have Judged overseas in Moscow, Siberia, Riga and Odessa all under UCI rules, I have been passed to do all 9 groups and Best in Show (UCI. |
| Other Info | I have served on several Committee, Previously Havanese Club of Great Britain ( Chairman), Nottingham Sherwood Foresters (Chairman for 20 years), Bakewell Ag Show (Show Manager 7years) and currently taken over as Secretary, West Torrington (Chief Steward 7 years). In the past I have also served on Northern Newfoundland Club, Giant Schnauzer Club (Show Manger), Bridgford C.S ( Show Manager), Syke Terrier Club (Show Manager). We were National rescue co-ordinators for our breed for many years. I have attended a breed specific seminar for Newfoundland,Havanese and Euraiser. I am on the Judging A3� List of the Southern Newfoundland Club plus The Newfoundland Club, The Havanese Club of G.B and Euraiser Society U.K. I have passed all the seminars for Judging: Requirements of a Dog show Judge.
