| Judging CV | I am licensed to judge All Breeds. I have judged in all states of Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, America, South Africa, Norway. Actively involved with showing Smooth Fox Terriers for over thirty years, I have bred, owned and handled over forty champions under the Optimo prefix in Australia and have exported dogs to America, Hungary and Finland. I have imported Smooth Fox Terriers from the U.K. and frozen semen from America which has been very successful in the Optimo breeding program. Our beautiful bitch Ch Optimo Ona Moonbeam was number 1 smooth Fox Terrier bitch in Australia in 2009 on the Dogzonline pointscore. Jan sent Aust/Am Ch Mansevale Madeira My Dear to the United States where she was the foundation bitch for the renowned Sunrise Kennel of Claire Hoffman. Jan was co-breeder of Am, Eng, Pol Ch Sunrise Rascal Fair (Angus), #1 terrier in the UK 2005, BOB and group 2nd at Crufts and BOB at the World Show in Poznan. Angus is featured on the cover of Dog World Annual 2006. I also breed and show Airedale Terriers with my husband Ken who is licensed to judge all Terriers and Gundogs,. Jan has judged Gundog, Toy and Terrier Specialties in Australia and New Zealand, and other breeds I am licensed for in most states of Australia, New Zealand, America, Europe and Asia. Life Member of the Smooth Fox Terrier Club of Victoria and the Fox Terrier Club of Victoria, and committee member of both clubs for over thirty years. Past Chairperson of the Conformation Committee of the Victorian Canine Association, President of the Canine Amenities Dog Club and committee member of several all breeds clubs. I enjoy judging all dogs, travelling to interesting countries and meeting fellow enthusiasts and have visited many famous dog shows. With my husband Ken we both judged at the World Dog Show in Hungary, May 2013. I judged Smooth Fox Terriers For the Fox Terrier Club at the Fox Terrier Expo in Coventry UK in 2012. I am judging Smooth Fox Terriers at Montgomery County in October 2014. |
