Judging CV I am on the A1 list for The Pointer Club/The Pointer Club of Scotland/Southern Pointer Club.

I have awarded CCs for the first time this year (2019). I have completed all KC requirements to give CCs in Pointers. I have completed the breed club A3 assessment. I have judged over 375 Pointers to date. Am able to take as many classes of Pointer that are on offer.

I am also on the 'B' list for Labradors.

I have also judged Labradors (which was my first breed), GSPs, Weimaraner, English Setters, Gordon Setters, ESS, Cockers.

I have also judged Finland's main Pointer & Setters club show.

I had the honour to judge at the American Pointer Club 75th anniversary breed club National show where I judged the Progressive Puppy Match in 2013.

I have attended a number of Pointer/Setter field trials, as well as training sessions for trials.

I feel confident to judge any gundog breed.

Other Info I showed my first dog in 1998 a Labrador, he was from a pet breeder who used show stock and we had a lot of fun, being placed at many open and champ show. He was closely followed by our first Pointer again from a pet breeder with show stock behind him, and he impressed many a judge from here and abroad. My fist judging appointment was in 2006.

I have 5 dogs in the KC stud book, I have bred/owned/handled a dog to its UK title as well as being the first UK Pointer (and may be UK bred dog) to 5 country titles and two FCI titles, while the dog remained living in the UK and handled by myself (i.e. not sent to a well know handler in those countries to live and be campaigned). I have handled dogs to RBIS at Championship level as well as many group placings.
