Judging CV First judging appointment: English and Irish Setters, Ardingly 1996. I have based the information for this profile on the requirements for overseas judges to judge in the UK with regard to the number of classes of each breed I can judge [UK KC rule: F(1)21b(1 bii]. I have identified myself as a breed specialist for 3 of the 4 breeds I have personally owned and shown. Whilst my family have owned dogs for as long as I can remember, I first registered a dog with the UK Kennel Club in 1990. My first Open Show judging appointment was in 1996 and I awarded CCs,in English Setters for the first time in 2011 and awarded CC's in Irish Red and White Setters for the first time in October 2015. I have judged several gundog breeds at open shows in the UK. I am licensed by both the the American Kennel Club and Canadian Kennel Club for all of the breeds in the Sporting Group, Hound Group and Working Group breeds. I am also licensed for 13 Toy Breeds. They are listed on the CKC link attached. In addition, as an AKC and CKC licensed judge I would be approved to judge all my licensed breeds under the reciprocal agreement between these clubs and the FCI member countries.
My UK Kennel Club Judges ID is 13488, AKC Judges No is 99897 and CKC Judges No is 0007333. I am now studying more breeds in the Working Group as part of my ongoing judges education and development. I would love the opportunity of judging the various breed and group winners as part of judging Groups and/or BIS at Open Shows. Cut and paste the following for the CKC approved breeds - https://www.ckc.ca/Events/Find-A-Judge/Judge.aspx?id=0007333

Other Info Whilst in the UK I was active on several committees including the English Setter Society of Scotland and the Golden Retriever Club of Wales. In addition to being a committee member I was also the Secretary of the English Setter Club of Wales and the Chairman of the Irish Red and White Setter Club of Great Britain. In Canada - I am the Show Chairman for the Oakville and District KC, based in Ontario.
Distance Prepared to Travel No limit.
Any Expenses Required I am a frequent visitor back home to the UK and therefore there would be no expenses to any club inviting me to judge. For speed of response it is advisable to contact me via email.
