My first breed was the family Labrador. In my teens, I moved into Rottweilers and then later into Dalmatians. My first show dog was a Dalmatian who I learned the ropes with. Although I owned Rottweilers for longer, I did not start showing them until after I had been showing in Dalmatians for a few years. I enjoy attending Breed seminars in the Utility, Working, Pastoral and Hound Groups. I love learning about different breeds. I enjoy stewarding and have done so at both Open and Championship Show levels, I am more than happy to work by myself or with another steward. I am a canine hydrotherapist and massage therapist therefore I am committed to providing healthcare for dogs and I am extremely passionate about ensuring dogs are fit for function, which will always be reflected in my judging. I have a BSc in Animal Management, Behaviour and Welfare and an MSc in Wildlife Conservation. |
