| Other Info | I have owned Bearded Collie since 2010 & show & breed Bearded Collies. My successes so far are two of my girls have their Junior Warrants at fourteen months old & one has achieved to gain the title of Irish Champion by the age of two years old as well as CACIBs & Green Stars. One of my girls as a Veteran has now achieved her Irish & International Veteran Champion title. I’m also a member of the Bearded Collie club and I have served on the main club’s committee, and have been the chairperson for West of England & South Wales Branch of the Bearded Collie Club and am currently a member of the committee. I am also on the committee of Tredegar & District Canine Society & as well as member of Pontypool & District Canine Society & Chepstow & District Canine Society. And a member of Irish Kennel Club & Federation Cynologique Internationale (fci). I have also successfully shown Afghan Hounds in 70s & 80?s. I am Member of Brynmawr Rotary club and past president and I have organised a number of charity companion dogs for them. As a dog groomer I handle & groom lots of different breeds which has helped me learn more about their conformation & structure. I have completed & passed the Kennel Clubs Judges Education Programme Level 2. And attended Breed appreciation day for Bearded Collies & passed the MCE. Attended OES Breed appreciation day & passed the MCE. I have attended Afghan Hound breed appreciation day & passed the MCE & the hands on assessment. I have judged breed classes at open & Premier open shows as well as breed club & society club matches & fun/ companion dog shows. I am currently on the judges list for Southern Bearded Collie Club & Eastern Bearded Collie Club & The Bearded Collie Club C list. |
